In 2003-2004, MOCA conducted oral histories with people who lived and worked in Manhattan Chinatown, who shared their thoughts on life in the “frozen zone” and visions for the future.

Nine years after 9/11, we invite you to submit your own memories and reflections of that day. How have we been impacted as individuals, and as a community? Have we recovered? And where do we go from here?
